We do not publish a rate card, because the two institutions we have just spoken to differ by a factor of forty in candidates and by more than that in what they need switched on. Tell us what you run and we will size it, usually in the same conversation.
You are charged for attempts, not for seats
A subscription carries a number of attempt credits for the period. One candidate sitting one paper consumes one credit. Staff accounts — administrators, faculty, evaluators, proctors — are not charged for, and neither are practice papers.
That is deliberate: an examination platform charged per seat pushes an institution towards sharing logins, and a shared login is the end of every integrity control on this page.

Four things, and you already know all four
Volume
How many attempts across the year, and how they cluster. An examination body with two peaks is a different shape from a university with continuous assessment.
Proctoring
Whether papers are invigilated, and at what evidence retention. Storage is the cost that scales with this, not the signals.
Structure
One campus or twelve. Multi-campus scoping is included, but the implementation conversation is longer.
Integrations
Today only SMTP is wired through to a transport. Anything else is development, and we would rather scope it than imply it is a switch.
How invoicing works, and one thing that does not yet
- Invoices in Indian Rupees, with GST charged in addition at the applicable rate
- Invoices, credit consumption and the refund workflow are visible to your finance role
- Non-payment never stops a sitting that is under way — new scheduling pauses, running papers finish
Invoices can be settled by card, UPI or netbanking through Razorpay, or by bank transfer against the invoice — whichever suits your finance team. Card details are entered on Razorpay and never reach this platform. This page said no gateway was connected until 1 September 2026, which was true when it was written; it is changed here rather than quietly left, because a pricing page that lags the product is how a buyer learns to check everything else twice.
