Proctoring

Observation you can defend, not prevention you cannot.

This platform records what happened during a sitting and puts it in front of a person. It does not claim to stop cheating, and it does not produce a verdict — every flag reaches a human before it affects anybody's result.

What is captured

9 signals, live today

  • Tab switch
  • Left full screen
  • Copy attempted
  • Paste attempted
  • Sustained sound in the room
  • Candidate stopped responding
  • Connection lost
  • Multiple faces in frame
  • Face not visible

On the roadmap

  • Identity face match — on the roadmap, not yet available
  • Mobile device in frame — on the roadmap, not yet available
What it does not do

Three things worth knowing before you write a policy

No live video

Still images at intervals, not a stream. Nobody watches a candidate continuously, and there is no recording to review frame by frame afterwards.

No screen recording

The platform does not see the candidate's desktop, their other windows or their files. It sees its own tab losing focus, which is a different and much narrower fact.

No biometric matching

No facial recognition, no template, no comparison against an identity document. The pre-flight photograph is reviewed by a person, not matched by a model.

Sound is measured as loudness, not speech. The platform can tell you a room was noisy; it cannot tell you what was said, and it does not claim to.

Human review

A flag is an observation, never a decision

  • Every flag goes to a review queue, and a person records a disposition against it
  • Only a proctor can terminate one attempt, deliberately, on that attempt alone
  • A result cannot be released while an integrity flag is still open
  • A candidate can see, in plain language, what was flagged against them
  • Evidence is held on private storage the web server does not serve, reachable only through a permission check

Evidence is kept for 180 days by default. An institution may set anything from 30 to 730 days and cannot exceed that ceiling. What is captured, and what is not, is set out in full in the privacy policy.

See it run on your examination.

Bring a real paper, a real cohort and the constraint you think will break it. Thirty minutes, no slides.

No commitment, and no sales sequence afterwards unless you ask for one.
